Taking a break
Settings → Take a break. Everything you logged stays; the app simply stops asking.
What happens while you are on a break
- Every reminder stops — medications, visits, check-ups, the weekly card. All of them, at once.
- The widget stops asking for anything: the cycle line, the doses and the Log today buttons all go quiet.
- Nothing counts down, and nothing greets you with how long you have been away.
Your log is untouched. Open the app any day and everything is where you left it.
What the counts do
Days on a break are days you did not log, and they are counted as exactly that — “not logged”, never as days when nothing happened. So a break never turns into a row of zeroes in your history.
Coming back
Settings → End break, or the same button on Today. Reminders come back as they were, and a break that lasted at least a day stays in your history as a gap, so that later you can see why those weeks are empty.
Why this exists rather than just closing the app
Because people stop tracking for months and then feel they have ruined something. Here the silence is recorded as a decision rather than as a failure — and nothing chases you in the meantime.
