Fix a day you got wrong

Everything in the app can be changed or removed, on any day, and nothing asks you to explain why.

An entry on a day

Open the day — tap it in the week strip on Today, or double-tap any day in the calendar — and change it:

  • Tap a chosen rating again to take it back: the symptom returns to “not logged”, not to None.
  • Clear a number or a note by emptying the field.
  • Switch Nothing today off if the day turned out not to be nothing.

A period that started on the wrong day

Open the Calendar, tap Edit periods, and tap the days to add them or take them off — there is no dragging. Nothing is written until you tap Save; the panel at the foot also lets you set the flow for the days you add. Once saved, every count that depends on it — cycle lengths, the day number on Today, the summary — moves with it immediately.

Edit periods turns the month into something you can tap.

A period you entered twice

In Calendar → Edit periods, tap off every day of the one you do not want, and Save. The period is gone; if you notice a week later that you were wrong, add it again by hand. Nothing about the app punishes a correction.

A medication with the wrong dose or date

Open it from Today → All medications and edit it. Dose changes are kept as a history, so correcting today's dose does not rewrite what you took in July — see doses, changes and reminders.

A cycle that was not your usual

Some cycles are not worth comparing with the others: a flu, a course of medicine, emergency contraception. Open the cycle and mark it Not typical and pick a reason — the list has six, and Other is there for when you would rather not say. It stays in your calendar and in your log; it drops out of your range, your median and anything averaged.
