Injections

Switch It's an injection on when you add or edit a medication. From then on, marking a dose asks one more thing: where it went.

Choosing the place

You can also tap Not now: the dose is marked without a place, and nothing nags you about it.

Six places: the two sides of the abdomen, the two thighs, the two upper arms. Tap one when you mark the dose.

One row carries the label Longest since last — a place you have not used yet, or the one you used furthest back in time. It is a suggestion built from your own last few injections, never a schedule of its own and never advice. Ignore it freely; it will work from whatever you actually use.

Why the app bothers

Repeating the same spot is the one practical thing a log can help with here, and it is a question people are told to keep track of and then have nowhere to write down.

What it never does

No dose calculation, no titration steps, no “time to increase”. The app holds what you did; the schedule is between you and your clinician.
