Export a spreadsheet
Settings → Your data → Data → Export spreadsheet (CSV). One row per fact, in words, readable in any spreadsheet app.
What a row looks like
Date,What,Name,Value,Details — for example:
2026-09-13,Period started,,,approximate dates
2026-09-14,Symptom,Fatigue,Moderate,
2026-09-14,Dose taken,Metformin,08:00,marked at 08:38
2026-09-20,Lab result,TSH,2.2 mIU/L,lab range 0.4–4.0Commas separate the fields with no spaces around them, rows end in CRLF, and a field containing a comma or a quotation mark is quoted — RFC 4180, so every spreadsheet reads it the same way.
What you choose
- Time span: 3 months, 6 months, or everything.
- What's in this file: symptoms, mood, sleep and tags, notes, medications and side effects, states, visits, lab results. Anything you switch off is not in the file at all.
Periods are always included — without them the table loses its meaning — and so are the flow entries, tracking breaks and the cycles you marked not typical.
It is not a backup
You cannot restore from it. It is for reading, for your own analysis, or for handing to someone who asked for “the raw data”. For moving to a new phone, use the backup file.
The file name
“Cycle Ally log 2026-09-22 14-30.csv” — the app, the date and the time, and nothing about PCOS, your medications or you.
