What is free, permanently
Every entry you make, the calendar and the year view, symptoms and your own trackers, medications with doses and side effects, visits, lab results with the laboratory's range, check-ups, the summary for your clinician over three months, the encrypted backup, the spreadsheet export, and the widget — which shows the same things at every size until Plus adds its buttons.

If Plus ends
Nothing you logged is deleted or hidden. What closes is the extra reading of it — the longer spans, the charts, the diary — and all of it opens again the moment Plus is active again. Your accent colour falls back to teal and your choice is remembered.
Family Sharing and restoring
The yearly plan works with Family Sharing. The Plus sheet has Apple's own restore button, and Settings → Cycle Ally Plus has Restore purchases; either brings back a subscription bought on another device or after reinstalling.
