Nothing today

Tap Nothing today on a day when nothing happened. It takes one tap, and it is not the same as skipping the day.

Why it matters

Every day in the app is one of three things:

  • Not logged — you said nothing. The app knows nothing about that day and never pretends otherwise.
  • Nothing — you said nothing happened. That is an answer.
  • Logged — there is a value.

Counts only use the days you answered. If you tap Nothing today on quiet days, those days join the denominator: “Bloating: 6 of 58 logged days”. If you skip them instead, the same six days read as “6 of 12”, which says something quite different about you.

When the tile is not offered

On a day where you logged bleeding, or rated a symptom or anxiety above None, and on a day inside a period. The tile is simply not tappable — it would contradict what you already said, and the app would rather leave it unavailable than quietly overwrite you. Take the entry off and the tile comes back. Mood, sleep, tags and a note do not block it: a day can be “nothing today” and still carry how you slept.

From the home screen

The widget has the same button; it opens the app on today and marks it there, so a quiet day costs nothing at all. Marking a dose or “nothing today” from the widget is part of Plus Plus; seeing the widget is free.
