Rate symptoms

Tap Symptoms on Today, then tap a rating for each symptom you want to record: None, Mild, Moderate or Severe.

Your list, in your order. The rest of it is behind Show N more; the whole catalogue is behind Show all symptoms.

None is an answer

Tapping None means “I looked, and it was not there”. Leaving a symptom untouched means “I did not say”. The app keeps those apart everywhere, which is why a count reads “21 of 69 logged days” and not “21 of 90”.

If you looked at the whole list and only one thing was there, rate that one and tap Mark the rest as none — it marks the rows on screen, so open Show N more first if you want the whole list — the rest are marked None in one go.

Your list is yours

The app starts with ten symptoms that come up most in PCOS and PMOS: acne, unwanted hair, hair thinning, bloating, cravings, fatigue, cramps, pelvic pain, back pain, headache. Nine more wait under All symptoms, including brain fog, mood swings, snoring, unrefreshing sleep, daytime sleepiness and dark velvety skin patches.

Show all symptoms opens the full catalogue: your own list at the top, then everything else grouped by skin and hair, body, pain, mind and energy, sleep and other, each with a plus to add it. Removing, reordering and adding a tracker of your own are on the My symptoms screen.

Anxiety, mood and sleep are elsewhere

They live under Mood & sleep, not in the symptom list, because they have their own set of days — see mood, sleep and notes.

What the app does with the ratings

Counts them, and nothing else. It never adds them up into a score, never colours them good or bad, and never tells you a symptom is getting better or worse. The screens that read them back are how often a symptom shows up, the week before your period and before and after a medication.
