Your week in review

Once a week, the Today screen offers a short card: what you logged in the last seven days.

What is in it

  • The week's dates.
  • How many days you logged, out of seven, and the same number for the week before.
  • How many days had bleeding, spotting included.
  • The one symptom you logged most, with its count.

That is all. No streak, no percentage of the week filled in, and nothing about whether the week was good. The comparison with the previous week is two numbers side by side, with no word about which is better.

Your first week

Seven to nine days after you start, the app shows the same card for your first seven days — once. It is the first time the app says anything back to you, and it is deliberately a count rather than a compliment.

If the week is empty

The card does not appear. A week with nothing in it has nothing to count, and “you logged 0 days” is not information worth interrupting anyone for.

Turning it off

Got it on the card closes it for that week. There is no permanent switch for this one: Settings → What you see → Sections, cards and counting has switches for the Trends cards, and Settings → Notifications → Week in review turns off the reminder, not the card.
