Clinician visits

Care → Visits. A visit holds four things: when it is, what you want to ask, what was said, and what to ask next time.

Before the appointment

Add the visit with the date and, if you know it, the time and place. Then write questions into it as they occur to you — over weeks, not in the five minutes beforehand. That is the point: the questions you actually wanted to ask are the ones you thought of at 2 am, not at the desk.

The questions for your next visit appear first on the summary you print, above every chart, up to six lines of them. A clinician with four minutes reads the top of the page.

Two hours before

If you gave a time, the app offers a reminder two hours before. On by default when a time is known; off if you never gave one.

After the appointment

Open the visit and fill in:

  • What they said — in your words, however rough.
  • Prescribed and next steps — what was prescribed or planned.
  • Ask next time — the thing you only thought of on the way home.

Next visit, that last field is waiting for you.

Attachments Plus

A referral, a printed result, a photo of a prescription — attach files to the visit and they stay with it. They live on your phone, they go into the backup only if you include attachments, and deleting the visit deletes them with it.
