Every screen at a glance
What each screen is for, and where to go for the detail.
The four tabs
| Screen | What it is for |
|---|---|
| Today | the day in front of you: log it, see your cycle day, mark doses — mark a period |
| Calendar | your history as months and years, and where you fix it — the calendar |
| Trends | what your own entries add up to — cycle lengths, symptom frequency, patterns |
| Care | everything that involves other people: medications, visits, lab results, check-ups, the photo diary, trying to conceive, the timeline, the summary |
Today, in detail
- The cycle card — day number, when it started, your own range, and a link to how we count.
- Log today — six tiles: Started (it says Ended while a period is running), Spotting, Symptoms, Mood & sleep, Note, Nothing today.
- This week — seven days you can tap; each circle shows what you logged.
- Medications — the doses expected today, with Taken and Skip.
- Cards that appear when they have something to say: a visit tomorrow, your week in review, a check-in that is ready, a nudge to back up.
The day sheet
Six sections in one scroll, no tabs: Bleeding, Symptoms, Mood & sleep, Tags, Medications, Note. Hair removal and your own trackers live inside Symptoms rather than on their own. Open the sheet from the week strip on Today, or by double-tapping a day in the calendar.
Trends
Four cards, each of which you can switch off in Settings: cycle lengths, symptom frequency, before-and-after for your latest medication, and patterns Plus. The week before your period is not a card of its own — it is a way of lining up the cycle map inside a symptom.
