Settings
The gear on the Today screen. Everything the app can be told about itself lives here.
About you
What you said in onboarding: whether a clinician told you that you have PCOS or PMOS and when, and how long since your first period. All optional and all changeable. They change a few sentences of wording, and the answer about your first period decides whether Cycle lengths can offer a guideline range at all.
Right now is a row in this group: Periods on my own, hormonal contraception, pregnant, breastfeeding or postpartum, no periods right now. See hormonal contraception and pregnancy and breastfeeding.
What you see
The accent colour — five without Plus, fifteen with it Plus; the app is teal to begin with, and if Plus ends the colour falls back to teal with your choice remembered rather than erased.
Also here, in order: Show cycle day on Today, Show next period range, Tips in the first week, the accent colour, Sections, cards and counting — which parts of the day sheet you use, which cards appear on Trends, and, under Counting, your counting choices — and the switch for Trying to conceive. See how we count.

Notifications
Every reminder the app can send, in one place: the check-ins at 4, 8 and 12 weeks, the week in review, the evening before a visit, and the monthly backup nudge. All off unless you turn them on.
Dose reminders belong to each medication and are set there; so is whether a reminder may name it. The two-hour reminder before a visit is set on the visit itself, and it is on by default once a time is known.
Privacy
